Buyer reviewDave was a truly wonderful resource for us during our whole home buying process - from our first phone call some time ago after my my family decided on the move, to patiently watching all of the listings for the ones that might meet our needs, showing me the right houses, and navigating us through the contract, inspection, and close process. We are moving from out of state, so finding someone who understood exactly what we needed and had a deep understanding of the local area and could guide us accordingly was very important - and Dave met those criteria perfectly. Dave was a critical resource for us, especially since we did so much of it remotely from out of state, with just a couple of in town visits. I relied on him as my "man on the ground" and local coordinator. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable local agent, nor someone more patient with our long-term search, family needs, budget goals, and remote purchasing challenges. He was wonderful with all aspects. I could not recommend Dave enough!
