Sarah is an AMAZING agent. I am actually in the real estate business myself and deal with real estate agents reguarly. Sarah is GREAT to work with. She understand the market and listen to her clients veyr well. She is a go-getter who is willing to invest her time and effort to get a deal done. We have extremely busy schedule, hence we have asked Sarah to basically take care of the whole sale for us. She took care of the whole repairing of house, staging of house. In addition, whenever we have dispute with buyers, Sarah even went above her duty and find 3rd party contractors to come inspect the property to ease the buyer's concerns. Sarah has made the whole transaction so super smooth that this is one of my most pleasant transaction in recent years!! (I do about 3-4 transactions per year). Thank you so much Sarah!!
