My commercial underwriting background skills helps me thoroughly analyze every aspect of the properties operations. Throughout the entire process I maintain in constant communication with my clients as well as corresponding brokers, and third party vendors.

My real estate selling process is very hands on. I aim to make the real estate process for my clients very fun and simple while making sure that I meet all of their needs, wants and expectations.

I am also a licensed California Real Estate Broker so I can assist clients that are moving in and out of Texas to California. I love assisting California buyers in taking advantage of the Texas real estate market and investing their money here. My motto is... The biggest job that Stephanie did was help us change loan officers, so that we could get in are home she work really fast and hard and found someone in a matter of two week we were in are home after being run around for months.
