I made first contact with Irum regarding properties. Up until that point, I had gone through several brokers that seemed to be more interested in the commission they would be making off whatever property I purchase versus actually aiding me in finding a home that fit my needs. Irum was nothing like that. From the very start, she asked me about what properties I was interested in, my budget, and what my long term goals were. From there, we had a very good rapport, and she was nothing but supporting and helpful to me during the entire purchasing process. She was very knowledgeable of the various areas in Queens and was able to find properties within my budget with no problem. She also did a great job in pointing out details of each property that would have both worked against me in the future, as well as good details of each property. Irum treated my purchase process as if I was one of her own family. She was 100% attentive to what I was seeking and made sure to guide me in whatever I needed. She also gave me ample space to think before making any final decisions. Whenever I asked her a question, she always got back to me in a timely manner. She was also always open to all questions, giving me as much time as was needed before I fully understood the answer. Irum made the purchase process for an intimidated and first-time homebuyer very smooth and very easy!
