Over the years Sheila Prince has proven to be knowledgeable and effective whether it was in renting an apartment or being able to refer her to others before we ourselves were ready to sell/buy. Sheila Prince not only sold our recent property holding our hands throughout the process she also guided us in the process of purchasing the coop. I reached out to Sheila Prince and after listening to her marketing plan I was so impressed that I signed with her immediately. I thought sheila would be turned off because of the distance she would have to travel. She did not see that as a deterrent. In the middle of a pandemic due to covid 19, she was able to convince the buyer, with all of the obstacles, she would close on the property. She did
