A rural western North Dakota native, Cathleen grew up on a farm in the country and has lived in cities of all sizes from small to mid-sized to major metropolitan areas. She responded promptly to our questions and was always available when we needed help or guidance. She truly had our best interests in mind and had a keen awareness of the market and where our house fell in the range of homes on the market, which allowed us to get top dollar for our home. Cathleen also helped tremendously in getting our house ready to be listed, including having a stager come in and make our house look the best it ever had. If we ever plan to sell again, we won't trust anyone with the process besides Cathleen!
