Buyer reviewJeni always goes above and beyond. We continue to use her for our real estate needs and strongly recommend her to our friends and family. Jeni truly has superior knowledge of the market. He back ground as an active home appraiser constantly give us an edge in knowing the fluctuating market vallue. She also understands the importance of writing a contract in a way to protect her clients in the event there is ever a need to enforce a contract. In fact we recently won a declaratory judgment on a commercial building purchase when the seller failed to preform. Our attorney noted it was largely due to the detailed wording Jeni had put in the contract. Through the whole process Jeni was commitment to our needs above her own. In fact she did not even receive a commission but is still engaged and continues to provide our attorney the info we need in the damages portion of our case. Jeni commitment is refreshing and frankly very hard to come by. Jeni has our most sincere thanks and highest recommendations.
