Seller reviewWe met Jo first as a client and then we became her clients. She actively pursued us for the listing of our house. She came over right away and did a walk through of the house with us, told us some things to move out, repair, and clean. We met a few days later with an advertising plan, comps, and price point. We listed the house right away and had a ton of showings. We had a lot of other agents telling us "an offer will be coming" that did not come. That was difficult. However, when we did get an offer, the negotiations went quickly. Overall, we had a great experience selling our home with Jo Ellen Kralicek.

She listened to my wants and desires in the sale price of the home and gave me useful suggestions as to how to meet that mark. We were listed 2 days and meet that expectation and went 5k above asking. She was on the ball with frequent calls so I didn't have to hunt her down she made sure to check in on us and our progress in fixing the home up for showing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get the most out of their home.
