There are not enough words to fully encompass what KennaDee did for our family. We have a special needs son and it can be challenging for people to understand his needs and to work around them. She took the time to share/email houses that we would like. She was always willing to see houses,even when we felt we were taking all her time. She explained things that we didn't understand and never got frustrated when it was asked more than once. When we were under contract, she went to bat for us on multiple occasions to make sure that it was all done fairly. Anything that wasn't right she took the time time to make it right! We absolutely loved working with her!! Our friends were right about her and I'm so glad they recommended her! She is just an amazing realtor! She asked questions that we wouldn't have thought of. At closing she asked about the home warranty, which we forgot about but she didn't. Always willing to help us in any way she could. If there was something she didn't know or wasn't certain about she would find the answer and get back to us in a timely manner.
