Hello, I'm Kim McCoy! I am a North Dakota Native who was born and raised in Hazen, ND. Since then I've lived all over this great area: Lincoln, Mandan, and currently enjoy my morning coffee in the great city of Bismarck. I truly believe that this community is a fantastic place to live. We have a great economy, friendly citizens, and a fantastic real estate market. Being a Realtor is not just a job to me, it's my passion and I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs! I always place an emphasis on service, honesty, loyalty and knowledge. I understand that buying, selling, or building a home is one of the biggest decisions and financial commitments a family/individual will make and cannot wait to be the one to assist you on your journey. Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, reading over home inspection reports, making virtual tours, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I finish my day by coming home to my 4 kiddos and dog. In my free time I enjoy going to my kids events/games, taking my dog for walks, camping, hiking, canoeing, traveling, and interior design. Seller reviewKim McCoy initially came to my house and viewed it. After she did so she conducted market research in order to help me determine a listing price. Kim had an excellent marketing plan, including staging the house, using a professional stager as well as her own items. Kim was always responsive to any inquiry, following up within minutes She provide me with any and all answers I needed. When I needed more time with any decision making she was quick to let me do so. During the entire process Kim had my best interests in mind and that was obvious. She is best realtor I have worked with ever.
