Growing up in Mandan, ND, I learned the value of hard work, honesty, and integrity. I believe that open communication and trust are essential qualities for any relationship. I love meeting new people, making new friends, and helping people with their homeownership goals. I am a strong believer in education and community involvement. My husband Shawn and I have 3 children- Jazmyn, Jalen, and Journey. My favorite thing to do is watch my kids play sports and participate in music and other activities. I also enjoy the outdoors- biking, walking, volleyball, boating, and the beach!

Buyer reviewI was referred to her through contact off of Realtor.com. I can honestly say upon meeting her I was extremely statisified with her and her credentials. I couldn't have been more lucky. I made an offer on the condo and it ended up working out. I was surprised because I wasn't sure if it would work out. Kristin was amazing from getting me imformation on inspectors, contractors, and everything else. She managed the contract part immediately. The process went beyond smooth. I don't think things could have gone as good as they did without her. She even adapted to my own situation due to me being paralyzed and helping make sure that my disability was taken into account on certain parts of the purchase. This meant a lot. I feel like there is no way the situation could have ended up as good as it did without Kristin involved. I was lucky to have her. I would reconmend her to anyone.
