I have been an agent since 2014. I am passionate in helping buyers and sellers get to where they want to be when it comes to owning property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, needing to upsize, wanting to down size, or an investor in both homes and commercial properties, I can help. I am here for you through the buying or selling process from the day we meet to the closing table and I always hope that we will NOT just be clients, BUT Friends. I have lived in the area for over 40+ years, I know and watch the market closely. I work the outlying area of Bismarck and Mandan and have been raised on small town values. I belong to several community groups, deliver meals on wheels for the senior center and am involved with the Realtor board and other Realtor events that we do to help our community and raise awareness especially for our kids in the community. Seller reviewMrs. Mary Ohlhauser is by far the best realtor I have dealt with. She helped me to both buy and sell my house. She was professional as well as a GREAT listener. She worked her fingers to the bone for almost a year to find me the perfect house. I had a very detailed list as to what I wanted in my new home. I knew it was going to be hard or nearly impossible to find the perfect house. She did it!! We walked into the house, barely got our shoes off and I yelled out, "This is it, put in an offer!!!! I want this house!!!" Couple weeks later I had the keys to my dream house. I again used to her to sell my house just a few short years later, as my company was moving me out of state. She again, was the best! Only thing Mrs. Mary needs to do to improve her awesomeness is to get licensed in Oklahoma, so she can help me buy my next home!!! Mrs. Mary, you are absolutely the best. I love everything about you! Keep it up!
