Michele was put in a really strange position during my purchase. She did a great job, and I recommend her. I relocated for work and much of the initial communication was through a relocation company. I was looking in a small town quite far from her home area. The first house I tried to buy came with a selling realtor who is possibly the worst communicator on earth, but Michele went above and beyond my expectations dealing with her. I ultimately decided not to go through with that purchase, and Michele was able to recover my earnest money. The house I actually bought was not listed and did not have a realtor.
