Seller reviewFive years ago we thought we wanted to buy a home in Sioux Falls. We were working with a realtor there and then he recommended Tom in Bismarck to sell ours. It turned out to be the wrong time for us and chose not move. But Tom faithfully sent us cards all through those years. After the difficult winter we decided it was time for us to move. We contacted Tom and he worked with us step by step to get our house sold. Even after it was sold he stayed with us until we left Bismarck. We were so pleased with Tom. Even after we were settled here in Sioux Falls he checked on us. He even gave us a very nice parting gift. He was the best!

He is such a genuinely friendly and caring person that although I did not purchase that property, he was very diligent in keeping in touch and keeping an eye out for other properties that would be of interest to me. A true asset to Century 21! Though most of home purchases these days are done electronically, Tom stayed in touch with me frequently to let me know of the progress of the purchase. He really cared that I was up to date on the various aspects of the purchase, and made sure I understood the whole process. What more is there to say? He was terrific!
