Born and raised in South Asheville, NC, Staci has a love of the mountains. Being an avid hiker and outdoor yoga instructor, she knows her way around Western North Carolina. Having also lived in Madison, WI and Phoenix, AZ, she is comfortable saying the mountains are the BEST place to call home.
When Staci isn't working to find her clients the perfect home, she's spending time with her 2 children. With an active family that enjoys camping, sporting events, and game nights, there is never a dull moment.
Moving from previous career experience in elementary education to real estate, Staci has brought patience and understanding with her. These qualities make Staci the perfect broker to assist you with all of your needs.

Buyer reviewStaci was above all a very honest real estate agent who gave an honest opinion of the properties we looked at including possible problems or red flags with some of them. Most real estate agents I have worked with are primarily interesting in getting the sale. She was quite friendly and easy to work with from the start, and was very helpful driving us an hour out to look at properties when our rental car reservation fell through and we had to stay at a hotel near the airport. Everything worked out very well. It was a stroke of luck the home we were originally interested in came back on the market and we were able to purchase it with Staci's help.

Seller reviewMy wife searched the internet for agencies and we met with several during this period. Staci was at the top of our list. She was personable and her approached was very understandable. She knew the market, our area and did her research to arrive at the best marketing strategy. Her concepts were easy to understand and she "listened" to our concerns and worked to meet our requests. We sold the home in 4 - 6 weeks at a great price. She worked with us every step of the way and if we had a request, she welcomed it and was ready to adapt, however, gave us the "pros" and "cons" of any proposal we made. Great working with her! She became part of the family!
