She was extremely professional and I know she had my best interest at heart! It was important to me for her to have knowledge of the local Coulwood area and she didn't disappoint! The entire process went smoothly from listing to closing and Debbie walked me through the whole process. Debbie priced the house aggressively and fair and worked tirelessly to sell my house. She had ideas for improvement prior to listing that helped to speed the sale! Debbie was always professional, a joy to work with & I would recommend Debbie to anyone selling a house!

After two sales that fell through, she was able to sell for more money then asking price. Debbie Little also was knowledgeable and connected me with people I needed for some repairs I made prior to selling.Debbie also wasn't afraid to negotiate and make ethical decisions. I do recommend Debbie Little for selling/buying home .
