When Kim is your agent you could contact her at anytime and she will have an answer or find out a way to solve a problem. Negotiating might have been my favorite with Kim, she listened to us and knew what we could spend. I couldn't imagine ever using another Realtor other than Kim. Kim was always there when we needed her and very patient with our request Kim worked hard with us to keep our asking in the fore front. After receiving our asking price on our home, I noticed other properties in our neighborhood started selling for higher asking prices.
