Buyer reviewHe was referred to me by former neighbors and their real estate agent. I loved the experience I had with Tom when selling my house and knew I would use him again when it came time to buy. Tom was always available or worked with our schedule to find time to see houses, exchange paperwork, collaborate on city and county regulations and offer multiple solutions. Tom is definitely all of these things and more; he made me feel completely comfortable while searching for homes, and never tried to push one over another. We had some delays in the overall process, communicating back and forth with the seller, but Tom stayed with it the entire time and kept us moving forward.

Seller reviewWhen we listed our home with Tom Harte, we had already purchased another home in another state. Since we were spending most of our time in our new home, it was Tom's responsibility to disarm and arm our security alarm each time the house was shown - which was often! He also periodically would check on the house to insure that everything was okay. He did an excellent job of handling everything for us from start to finish and it was seamless. I would certainly recommend him with highest regard to anyone
