Karen Myers with Century 21 has an exceptional reputation in our area. When selling our home, it was important to us to work with a broker/agent who was honest and works with integrity. Also, who would represent us and our property in a professional manner. I can't say enough about Karen and her willingness to provide the best customer service I've seen. She was always available to answer ANY questions or concerns that we had. She is easy to talk to and presented in a professional manner. We are in the process of purchasing a new property and we would not consider anyone else.

Karen was outstanding! Was very responsible when ever I reached out and always kept me informed on what was happening with each showing and potential offer. She had a deep understanding of not only the real estate market and property values, but she also had a strong understanding of the current home insurance market and mortgage market. This allowed her to suggest creative options to get the buyer to closing.
