What is your outcome?
In the world of real estate, isn't the single most important thing your "outcome"? Or, is that true for everything in life? I know that when I begin a journey of listing a house, my ultimate goal is to get it sold. Along the way I make sure pictures are done by a professional, and the data is correct and the marketing is in place, but the outcome isn't about how it showed, or what the caravan of Realtors thought about the house.... the outcome desired is a contract where all parties are completely satisfied and the SOLD status takes place.
What is your expectations from your Realtor?
Outcome = the SOLD outcome.
