WOW!! I was incredibly impressed by Jeff. He sat down with me and did a sales analysis comparing properties in the area and I felt certain that I was listing my house for the correct amount. Jeff also assisted me in fixing things around my house that would help improve the value. He didn't suggest anything that he wasn't willing to help with. He went above and beyond in this!! I can't emphasize it enough. Jeff did a fabulous open house where he sold the house quickly and above asking price. He was able to negotiate contingencies and kept me informed during the entire process. He called and texted immediately to relay information and he always answered calls when I had questions. I appreciated how accessible he was. It was important to me that I found someone who I could trust to help me in today's market. I needed someone with integrity and knowledge of all the factors involved. I wanted to sell my house for the highest that I could, and I knew of Jeff's record. He came highly recommended. I felt that I could trust him 100%. He always was patient with me and my millions of questions and didn't mind answering the same question multiple times. My husband had moved out of state for work, which left me alone to sell my house. I am so grateful that Jeff was there to assist me during this time. What an excellent experience that I had. Jeff made this process stress free and I would recommend him to anyone.
