Hello to everyone - I have lived in Hampton Roads since 2012. I made my way here via the military. I am a military spouse with 8 moves under my belt. I have enjoyed the travel from Maryland, Hawaii, Tennessee (2), Texas, Arizona, Colorado and now Virginia. I would not trade that experience for anything. Buyer reviewI looked at (and interviewed) two other brokers prior to selecting Karen. I flew out to meet with her in the office. After speaking with her my choice was easy I used Century 21 to purchase a home in California several years ago. My dealings were not good. I was at first reluctant to use Century 21 again. Karen is smart, well spoken, knolwgeable and steadfast in her duties. I'm glad I reconsidered and gave Century 21 a second chance. She definitely restored my faith in realtors and your company. I know buying a second home from across the country was probably tedious and difficult at times. I truly appreciate her patience and attention to detail. If anyone was slow in communicating emails or correspondence it was me. Haha. She kept me in line and was very good in acting as the liaison between C and F Mortgage
