It is with the utmost motivation we are submitting this letter summarizing our positive experience with Mr. Ken Belkofer. He served as our real estate agent during our recent home search and purchase. He worked diligently and was consistently professional during all facets of our house hunting experience and beyond. We initially contacted Ken while still residing overseas, and he patiently responded to every one of our questions promptly and, we had many. He provided us with beneficial information about the area and the different neighborhoods and schools. These details helped us have a more cohesive and, therefore, effective long-distance search. At the same time, he sought our feedback and adjusted accordingly. Once we arrived in the area, he was ready to meet with us and was demonstratively well prepared to take us to the areas we were considering. He maintained a well-balanced approach between giving us space and feedback during and after the showings. We were very impressed with this skill, and, for us, it was one of the most significant parts of the process. Due to unforeseen changes in our situation, during our search, we had to adjust our search to three different areas that we have not initially considered. Ken quickly tailored according to our circumstances and was able to meet our needs and wants, once again. We were most thankful for his tenacity. This letter is but a summary of some of the positive experiences we had while we were Mr. Belkofer's clients. We will recommend him to anyone seeking real estate services. We have already recommended Ken to friends and will continue to do so because we feel whoever we refer will be in great 'hands.' In conclusion, if, in the future, our daughter was to require the services of a realtor, we would immediately refer her to Ken, without any reservations. We highly regard him as a professional real estate agent.

I began talking with Ken a few weeks before we moved. Just to get an idea of what was available and the areas to rent in. He was fantastic at daily giving me an update on current listing specific to my criteria. Things finally fell together and we very suddenly were ready to have a home and be in it with in 72 hours. I text Ken and he very very quickly was able to sit down and go through options, take us to several locations and show us a few house, then assist us in how to quickly get in application into the property manager. He pulled through fantasticly despite being put on a tight time frame! We were able to be in ou new home before the weekend was finished. 2 weeks later I am very happy with the home we chose and location we are in.
Ken is very dedicated in helping us find a rental home. He understands our needs and was very flexible in his scheduling. We would defintiely recommend him to other perspective buyers or tennants.

Ken has been extremely helpful with our search for a rental home. I am relocating for work and the company had connected me with a different realtor who unfortunatley was not very helpful. Upon reaching out to Ken, he responded quickly and has been attentive to our needs. We are still searching and look forward to finding our new rental home soon (with Ken's help!)!
Ken was understanding of my financial limitations and was able to find places that exceeded my expectations. He was also helpful when a location I was applying for wasn't professional in how they dealt with potential new renters. It worked out in my favor because I moved into a place that was bigger, in a nicer area and significantly less.
Ken Belkofer has been a huge help in the process of assisting me with finding a new apartment to rent. He's very polite and outgoing and most of all, always in contact, whether it's via email, voice call or text messaging. When attempting to find homes for rent in the VA Beach area I stumbled across Ken while looking at one of his rentals. Unfortunately it had already been rented but he did not pass me off or give up. Ken spent hours researching and driving me and my family around to help us find the perfect home. After narrowing the selection down from about 15 to 3, he continued to help us decide our pros and cons of each location. After finally making a decision, Ken helped us to the very end even keeping in touch through the signing process. If you or your family is in need to rent or buy Ken is definitely one to recommend and will be by myself and family. I look forward to working with Ken again in the future when it is time to buy.
