Buyer reviewI was referred to Tina from our Realtor in western NC, when our plans had us moving to a new area. When asking for a referral, I only stated that I wanted to work with a Christian. Tina made contact quickly and I knew after the first phone call that we would work well together. I loved Tina's willingness to work with the other realtors, inspectors and bank personnel. She stayed on top of everything, we never felt forgotten or unimportant to her. Tina went the extra mile in showing me around town after the closing, guiding me through the processes of getting utilities..and even giving me cash because I didn't have the deposit money!! She is a gem, and I am so grateful God put her in our path. Tina stayed on top of every issue until there was a happy resolution. She did all of the leg work with inspections, appointments and contacts. I felt completely confident in her ability to get us a house we wanted at a price we could afford. Her knowledge of the area was so appreciated by us, as we had never even been to Elizabeth City. Her recommendations and advice became priceless to us. I really can't say enough good things about our experience...having never met Tina or worked with your company until now, I am just so impressed with the entire experience.
