Lauren's constant communication and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference when time was an obstacle. Condos in Ocean City do not stay on the market very long and Lauren went to the unit and took videos and walked us thru each room to show it in detail, which was very helpful since we could not be there in person. We would highly recommend Lauren and Century 21 New Horizon when looking to purchase a property in the Ocean City, MD area.

Lauren Waesche kept us informed of everything happening with our property sale. She even informed us when she thought the offered price was to low. She knows the real estate market well. She sold a house we owned in Crisfield, Maryland in one week after the listing. If you know anything about Crisfield, Maryland, this sale was a Grand Slam. Crisfield, Maryland, is a great place, but it is not what I would call a place to drive by on your way to somewhere else, because of its location, it is a destination.
