Seller reviewMatt went out of his way from the beginning, to meet our family when we came down to the shore house on a weekend. He immediately made us feel comfortable, which is a huge factor when working in his field. We felt he was trustworthy, had extensive knowledge about the area in which we would be selling our property, and was prepared with a listing of comparable properties and their value. He went on to openly share his expertise while also listening to our needs. Throughout the entire process, Matt communicated regularly and responded quickly to our questions. He was clearly ready to market our home, sharing after the first day that we already had an offer. During the time between offer and settlement, Matt also went out of his way to share resources and stay in communication. Our settlement was completed smoothly. Thank you Matt for your amazing work!

The flood insurance broker needed photos of the vents---Matt went the same day and took the pictures. We had a question about a crack in the garage floor--Matt got the home inspector to go back out that same day. Matt is the ultimate professional. He was so patient and willing to go all over to show us houses. I have recommended Matt to my best friend and will recommend him to others looking to buy/sell in Ocean City.
