A native North Carolinian and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill alumna, I have been working in the insurance and real estate industry serving customers for more than 17 years. My recent experience includes working as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Senior Settlement Officer for a successful real estate settlement and title company, where I worked for more than eight years. As the top producer in client originations and real estate settlements, I developed marketing strategies to expand company clientele and conducted real estate settlements in both commercial and residential markets. I have been a licensed Realtor for nine years in both North Carolina and Maryland. Buyer reviewBeverly made it a point to check in with us to see how we were doing while we were contemplating purchasing a home. There was never any pressure to choose her as a broker. It seemed the natural thing to do because of the personal relationship she was developing through reaching out. Beverly was always transparent in her discussions about the full home-buying process. We felt comfortable with sharing our thoughts and ideas on what we were looking for. This was important to us. I would multiply all of these comments by 1 million! We could not have had a better broker for this important step in our lives. All of the staff at century 21 new millennium are fantastic! Not only is she knowledgeable, she is also well-connected with others you have to work with in the home-buying process, as well as personable; it never felt like she was a salesperson but rather an effectively charismatic collaborator who had you in her best interest while providing sound advice. From all I had heard from, your first home-buying experience is tedious, stressful, and complicated. For this to be my first home-buying experience, I never felt any of the aforementioned adjectives, which is largely in part to the spectacular job Beverly did =)
