I don't write reviews often, but I must inform others about the greatness of this realtor. I will recommend him to as many people as possible!! Words cannot express my gratitude for Mr. Stewart Carrada. I will forever consider him as my "Guardian Angel." When I initially contacted him, I was frustrated and on the brink of losing hope in purchasing a home in this competitive sellers' market. Stewart was always positive and supportive, encouraging me from start to finish. During the times I got discouraged, he would say "Stop throwing your money away renting, I'm going to find you a home to buy." Furthermore, I felt like a valued customer, regardless of my closing assistance need. Stewart always responded and returned my calls, treating me with kindness and respect. He worked relentlessly to find me a home and negotiated a contract that afforded me the opportunity to become a first-time homeowner. I am thankful that God allowed me to connect with a realtor like Stewart who is passionate about helping others with superb customer service. I felt throughout this experience that I wasn't just another "Commission check" for Stewart. He fought hard for me for closing assistance in a sellers' market and was successful. Carrada was very humorous and kept us laughing. A genuinely good-natured person who we felt extremely comfortable with. He lauded us as his favorite couple but I am sure he tells every married couple that...but we still believe him when he says it :-) We gained a friend in Carrada and he's most definitely invited to all future backyard bbq's!
