I am a dedicated real estate professional who has lived in Charles County for over 20 years with my husband Dan and our two children. Dan is the owner of Stottlemyer Homes , which has specialized in building premier custom homes in Charles County for over 30 years. I am committed to making my customers successful, whether they are buying or selling a home. In addition to resales, I represent Stottlemyer Homes and work side by side with Dan and my clients throughout the building process, helping them create and build their dream home. While raising our children, I have been very involved in the community in addition to working with Dan in the home building business. I understand all aspects of the building process and everything that goes into creating a custom home. This knowledge is very important when working with clients building a home, allowing me to have a understanding of what needs to be done, and makes it possible for me to address their needs and answer any questions they have. Seller reviewI would highly recommend Cathy Stottlemyer to anyone trying to sell their place. I am 80 years old and not very patient. I just wanted the darn place sold. Cathy was wonderful! She explained how everything worked and what she would do to get the property sold. My two adult children were involved in the process and she kept all of us in the loop and made sure that we understood all our options at every stage. She was very pleasant to work with and got the job done!
