My family and I was amazed at how quick the process of selling the home took. Working with Mrs. Cherryl Watson and having her explain each step of the process and keeping us aware of any bumps in the road has help to alleviate the anxiety of selling a home. Cherryl Watson was quick to get us in to see houses. When we were ready to make an offer she was right on it and didn't waste time. We purchased the first home we made an offer on. She made the process so easy. We now have our dream home.

This time, as last time, she always responded in a timely manner when we had questions. She knew we had a hot property and marketed it very well. Cherryl was amazing! Having been unimpressed with interviewed realtors in the Chesapeake Beach area, we stopped in at the Century 21 office in Prince Frederick, MD. No agents were in, but the receptionist took our info and it was by chance that Cherryl called us. This all happened the year before we planned to sell, and without being pushy, Cherryl kept in touch checking on our status and timing. After meeting her at our house several months before the planned listing date, we were very impressed with her continued professionalism, attitude, knowledge and accomplishments. Cherryl made sure everything was in place, including amazing pictures of our home, and we listed the house in March...and had a listed price offer the first week!...despite the beginnings of COVID-19! The pandemic created many roadblocks, all of which Cherryl stayed positive and advised us how to negotiate the challenges. Cherryl was ahead of the game over the buyers' agents and the banks while navigating our options during the pandemic; she knew what was going on before they did. Even as the first offer fell apart for the buyer due to lending institution rule changes, Cherryl had us back on the market and again we had another offer within the first week! ....and at least two back-up offers as we moved forward. Again, several challenges had to be dealt with between offer acceptance and closing...all of which Cherryl was there with great advice, no matter the time of day or day of the week! Cherryl has renewed our faith in realtors! There are great ones out there...and Cherryl Watson goes to the top of the list! Great job Cherryl.....thank goodness it was you who contacted us back over a year ago and thank you so much for your efforts!! Cherryl's knowledge of the sales process and willingness to find out what was going on with the buyers and lenders, enabled us to stay well informed throughout the sale.
