She gave me a lot of guidance at least 18 months before my final decision to sell and during the time I needed to prepare my place for the market. She was there many different times. She repaired broken lights, helped remove unwanted, unnecessary items, and helped me make difficult downsizing decisions! I feel she went above and beyond what is normal realtor input. I highly recommend her.

Selling a home and relocating as a military family is challenging, but Ellen put in extra hours to assist. COVID restrictions made selling homes challenging, yet Ellen made sure to keep everyone safe. My kids all looked forward to "Ellen visits" because she was so kind and generous; she also helped meet potential buyers at the home to avoid extra contact. The Century21 group was professional and kind! I highly recommend their service.
