He has really helped me set my mind in the difficult process of decision making commensurate to 1st time home purchase in a foreign country. His understanding of all aspects of brokerage, realestate, the property along with his well informed and well thought suggestions and advices have all been critical for my decisions to close on a property. I also felt his approachability and availability to talk to at all times despite a big time zone difference we were located in . Lastly, his willingness to help has reassured me and allowed me develop trust, which is critical to purchasing a property for the first time. Buyer reviewFeyisa was truly exceptional. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on buying in Silver Spring and I'm so thankful I did. Feyissa was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn't pick up, he always call back no minutes later. Seriously. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, . The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treat the situation like he is purchasing the property .His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I've already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Feyissa again. He handled all the documents and escrow money in secure manner. He is so polite, friendly and trustworthy person. He is so respectful and approachable and easy to deal with

Buying a new home is fun, but it's stressful, and Feyissa was there for all the ups and downs from loan application, document supply, loan approval, house search, and closing. I love my home, but if I were ever going to move, he would be 100% my pick.
