Seller reviewCentury 21 new Millennium team "Chris Thomas and IQ Slusher" was professional, engaged and aggressive in selling own home (about 2 months). They took time to answer our question and at times went above and beyond ensuring we understood Reality rules and regulations. So much has changed since our last home sale 25 plus years ago. The team was easy to communicate with and always answered our calls or quickly returned our call. It became obvious they were well versed in marketing planning and had local Knowledge of the market value. It's team work that Chris and IQ demonstrated is why it's no wonder why CENTURY 21 has the area sales record. We highly recommend Century 21 New millennium as your choice of realities for your home sale. Ask for Chris and IQ, you won't be disappointed.

Buyer reviewI originally dealt with IQ as he was working for seller at a previous home. IQ knew my situation and went above and beyond to find my family and I a home.. IQ contacted me to tell me I didn't get the home but there was another home coming on the market; would I be interested? IQ scheduled me for a tour and became my agent as a buyer... needless to say, I went from being partial homeless to a home owner in 1 day. The service IQ provided was phenomenal, he is so sweet and understanding... I would forever recommend him and his team

They are totally dedicated to provide the best of service to their clients They have a great reputation for being truthful, having many yrs of combined knowledge that makes them experts in real estate and the many laws, rules and regs that must be followed. I would highly recommend them to others. It was a good experience, because of the treatment I received and I trusted they had done everything to put my best interest first.

Buyer reviewIQ was so friendly and personable. He took the time to get to know us and made us Facebook friends years ago. He even came to my surprise birthday party! He feels like a part of the family instead of a businessman with whom we have worked. Others in the house-buying process were cold or distant. IQ couldn't be further from that! Just an all-round nice guy that you trust. Like Walter Cronkite ;) Due to the current volatile housing market we suggested offering over the asking price. IQ told us not to and he was right! The house was being sold "As Is", but IQ told the sellers that he would not allow us to move into it in the winter without a working furnace. He got them to repair it and get it tested. He was always looking out for our best interests, even when we didn't know what they were! He comes across as "Everyman" and so is entirely approachable and offers an ease of communication. I had heard horror stories about buying a home-red tape, unreturned phone calls and email, etc. We had the exact opposite experience with IQ. He apologized if he didn't answer his phone every time we called-lol! To improve on Century 21's service- clone IQ! Then everyone will get the same home-buying experience that we were fortunate to have. He even sealed the deal with a lovely plaque commemorating our new longitude and latitude!
