He always informed me of any pertinent updates, gave his recommendations, and would as my opinion about how I wanted to proceed. I felt like I was always listened to and Jeff always effectively advocated for my interests. Jeff seemed to read me very well. He exuded confidence in his ability to sell my place and I never doubted him. Getting ahold of Jeff was always easy. Communication with him was quick and easy. We were able to move quickly because he was always on the ball. Jeff always explained to me important aspects of the sale of my home that would affect decisions I needed to make while never unnecessarily prolonging anything. Jeff was efficient. I was shocked how easy this whole process was. Jeff made the sale of my home relatively stress-free. We had quality offers within the first couple of days of the home being on the market.
