She provided excellent feedback on what I needed to do to get property ready for market and even helped us prepare for several of the showings. Me and my wife lived on the property and had such an excellent experience with working with Jennifer that we hired her to find us a new home. You can't improve on perfection!! If there were a rating above Excellent, that would be Jennifer. Dealing with agents from 2 different brokers, Jennifer crossed the finish line with exceeding speed, vitality and endurance and the other agent sat down on the starting line. This was a very educating experience with regard to seller agents/brokers and I could not be happier with Jennifer.

Jennifer Longmore from day one kept us informed the whole time that we had her as a real estate agent. Jennifer was always patient and reliable on information and anytime I called her with any questions we had she always explained everything we needed to know to us and Jennifer was very good at keeping us updated all the way up until settlement and even after settlement she thanked us for everything and was very polite.Jennifer also always got back to us no matter what the time was we even once called on her 2nd honeymoon because of the settlement date and she got right back to us. If I ever needed another real estate agent i would ask for Jennifer and I would also recommend her to others. As far as I rate Jennifer she was excellent!

Jennifer did exceptionally well in being both more accessible and answering any questions/concerns we had faster and more thoroughly than we had expected. She was always willing and able to meet us for open houses and showings, was very interested in understanding our wants in a home, and often provided great insight and advice during our home search. Even during difficult points in our home search for reasons completely outside of her control, she was extremely kind, polite and professional. Jennifer was just overall great. We lucked out in meeting her at our first open house when we did not yet have a realtor and even luckier that she became our realtor.
