Seller reviewJoy is a beautiful person overall and professionally. I commend her for having such patience as the process of buying or selling a home can be extremely frustrating. I enjoy working with Joy and will continue working with Joy. Joy is very knowledgeable of her profession and she makes me feel very comfortable. I wouldn't have it any other way. One thing I can definitely expect from Joy is that she does what she says she is going to do and in the time frame she's going to do it. Her commitment is much appreciated. Thank you Joy!! Joy makes me comfortable, I can trust her, she respects my vision of what ever I propose to her I want to do, but is rational at the same time based on her history of knowledge in her profession. Buyer reviewJoy was my replacement realtor from another realtor with Century21 and a realtor from Re/max. She was very knowledgeable, available, and dependable. All the things that were crucial for a first time buyer. She was really nice and really showed me a different side to real estate. I did not feel like I was just another chance to get commission. Joy made my husband and I feel like she was as invested in us finding a home as we were. We 100% recommend Joycelyn Young's services. Other realtors did not make me feel comfortable and were not as available as the realtor that I chose to assist in buying my first home.

Seller reviewLast year 2016, my husband and I had no other option but to enter into a Short Sale agreement with out rental property. After meeting Joy, she immediately began working with us by taking pictures of the house and putting them on the website. She began showing the house immediately. We received terrible news shortly after she began working with us, we were informed that we had of 2 Liens on the property. I was sure that Joy would leave us but she worked very hard and provided great counsel until the liens were released. I am amazed that she was able to keep the buyer and his agent interested after so many delays, but she did. On February 27, 2017 our home was sold to the buyer that waited almost 5 months for the property. She is kind, soft spoken and optimistic with her approaches to helping her clients. I would recommend her to anyone selling a house as well as anyone with thoughts of foreclosure. She truly went above and beyond for us. Sincerely, Kevin and Dawn Carter

Seller reviewI have used Joy Clark-Young for a home previously purchased and sold with her approximately 9 years ago. I was so impressed with her professionalism that I referred her to my sister who also used her to purchase a home. When I was ready to buy another home approximately 4 years ago, I called her right way. It was only natural to call her once again to sell the home when I was ready. I will definitely be calling her for all future real estate transactions in the DMV area.
