Personal Profile
My family and I moved to Northern Virginia in 2004 on a military assignment. We loved the area so much that we decided to stay. I am the wife of a retired Army soldier. As a military spouse, I know the ups and downs of moving…what's important, and what's not. I also learned a lot of lessons on what to do, and what not to do.
As a Full-time Realtor® with over 20 years in the sales/service industry, I bring a wealth of wisdom and insight to the needs of my clients with proven experience performing a comprehensive comparative analysis of homes and marketing them with the highest sellable price. I know firsthand that moving to the D.C. metro area can be a daunting experience; I'll help make it a pleasant experience for you and your family. Whether you are conducting a marathon house hunting trip, finding a home by yourself (while keeping a spouse involved that's far away), or just spending hours finding the perfect home, I am ready, willing, and prepared to help you reach your goals!
I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and an Associate's degree in Business and Marketing. I have spent most of my professional life in sales and customer service; my takeaway is that the key to success is to simply listen and help people get what they want. Seller reviewOur next door neighbors had used Judy to sell their home two years ago and were very pleased with her knowledge and professionalism so when it came time for us to sell our home, Judy was top on our list of realtors. Judy presented us with a comprehensive marketing plan, brought in a staging consultatant for guidance on preparing our home to sell and had professional photos taken which allowed potential buyers to easily visualize the spaces. The process for selling a home has changed a lot since we last sold a home in 1998 and Judy walked us through every step and listened to our concerns and preferences throughout the process. As offers came in, Judy's guidance and advice proved invaluable in obtaining the best possible price after only three days of showings. We will berecommending Judy to all our friends and neighbors.

Upon meeting Judy, it was clear that working with her would be the right choice. Throughout the process, her guidance, advice, support, knowledge, and experience made her worth her weight in gold.
