A military veteran, Jürgen has spent 22 years in a customer service-based organization. Taking that mentality, and applying it to real estate has earned him a high success rate and allowed for established connections that go beyond just a client-realtor relationship. Tapping into his extensive leadership roles, dedication to success and tenacity learned throughout his years of service, Jürgen is always striving to get the most out of each real estate transaction.
Real estate colleagues, clients, shipmates and family would say that Jürgen is motivated, selfless, hard-working, and remains calm under pressure. Having been entrusted with multi-million dollar contracts for major military projects, Jürgen is confident and gets genuinely excited about negotiations.
Originally growing up in Mannheim, Germany Jürgen moved to Connecticut in 1987, where he called home until enlisting in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1996. Jürgen has served two tours in Iraq, under the Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom campaigns. Serving mostly at sea over the extent of his career, Jürgen is keenly aware of the importance of a place to call home and the importance of the family that lives there with you.
Having relocated to the Alexandria area from San Francisco, Jürgen, his wife and children are feeling like they have finally found a place to stay. With so much history and the unique quality of each neighborhood, he and his family love to explore and take in all that the D.C. area has to offer. Jürgen is involved in the community, supporting the local JROTC programs and volunteers in his spare time.

Buyer reviewJürgen and Kristen skillfully walked me, a novice, step by step thru entire process. Both of them are subject matter experts. They displayed tact, empathy, courtesy and diplomacy to all my concerns. They kept me always well informed, explained everything in greater detail with utmost patience. Most notably, they were able to accommodate my looming lease renewal inflexible deadline. Because of Jürgen and Kristen I timely overcame this major barrier and now I am a first time property owner. If deviation is allowed, then, entire process with Jürgen and Kristen took a positive start. And the British saying A Good Beginning Makes a Good Ending proved its accuracy once more time. It is utmost pleasure to work with big caliber professionals like Jürgen and Kristen.

A co-worker recommended Jürgen. I spoke with Jürgen while I was still in Nebraska and immediately, he began to guide my wife and I along the way. He listened to our preferences and set up a profile with housing recommendations based on our desires. Over the weeks, as our desires changed, he would adjust the profile to meet our needs. When we arrived in town for an initial visit, he met with us over multiple days to show us the homes we wanted to see. During our search, his experience and expertise was incredibly helpful, and helped narrow our search. Jürgen also connected us with a lender for consideration (which we did use). Great experience working with Jürgen!
