With the Federal Government, Local Governments, and Military Bases all in the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia, it is not hard to see how corporate and government relocation are a huge part of real estate transactions. To be a part of the relocation program and assist clients from all over the world is very rewarding. I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service and find that most relocation clients are very loyal if they are happy with their services. I started in the real estate business in 1996 working for a local builder in their production department. In 2001 I received my real estate license. In 2005 I received my Real Estate Brokers license. I have been with Century 21 New Millennium since 2009.

I'm not entirely sure how agents are compensated by the company itself, but if she were my employee, I would give her additional time off or a raise/bonus for the work and value that she provides to her company.

After another agent made mistakes that could have caused problems and a lot of money, Kim was able to get everything back on track and the property was sold, above ask, and on my original timeline (which I did not think was possible). She exceeded my expectations in everything she did. I needed contractors and she was able to get not just one but two to come in give estimates very quickly. This was an emotional sale and she was amazing. I will use her to sell another property I have and to purchase my next one. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. She's not only my agent but I now consider her a friend! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude!
