Seller reviewWe were familiar with Marissa from previous listing, and knew her background and knowledge of the area, as well as what we were looking for in a home, would be very beneficial to selling our home. Marissa initially listed our house as "Coming Soon", which generated some good interest and actually resulted in a sale of the home before it actually hit the open market. The digital handling of paperwork went pretty well, with the exception of a few minor glitches that Marissa was able to rectify. Marissa and her husband/partner (Adam) made a wonderful team and worked very well together in the handling of our home sale. They paid attention to what we said and did an excellent job at marketing and selling our home at a price that met our expectations.

Seller reviewI can't imagine a better realtor than Marissa Caprio. She is phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. Whenever a problem popped up she quickly came up with a solution. This was a long distance sale for me and she checked on the property and let me know that things were being taken care of. I never expected that much service. I could go on and on about how wonderful Marissa is at her job. I've moved a lot and have never had such a positive experience. Thanks to Marissa the property sold quickly. I'll be back.
