Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a personalized and professional experience. Our goal is to build long-lasting friendships and help our clients achieve their dreams. With over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, we have developed proven systems that ensure a top-rated experience for our clients. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.

Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs. Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property. Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process. Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values. Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

    This was are first home purchase. We started out looking to rent. Robby on Mark's team knew after one conversation that buying was the way to go. Shelly took over and showed us houses until she knew exactly what we'd like and what we wouldn't. 90% of the houses she showed were tough to pass on and carefully selected for us. As first time home buyers, we really felt like we had representation every step of the way and that our best interests were being advocated. Mark himself checked in several times to make sure we were comfortable and had our needs met. It goes without saying that I'll be giving them a call for my next purchase as I have formed a positive bias towards Mark's team!
