Maryam Soroush, REALTORwith CENTURY 21 New Millennium and Vice President and Co-Founder of Impressive Home Solutions Group is a native of the Washington, D.C. Metro area. She has 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry and in 2012 became a licensed REALTOR. In 2004, she launched her first mortgage branch, which eventually expanded to a staff of 30 over three branches. Her responsibilities included originating and closing loans, training her team on loan products, inaugurating marketing and networking programs, and managing the profit and loss of each branch. In 2008, Maryam also was a first-time home-buyer educator, as well as a VA, FHA, and construction loan specialist. In addition, from 2005-2009, Maryam helped establish F&M Title, gaining experience in settlements/closings. Maryam became involved in bank REO programs in 2008, attaining a vast knowledge of the process of buying and selling distressed properties. In early 2012, she helped to create Impressive Home Solutions Group, LLC. Maryam manages not only the financing aspect but the buying, selling and marketing of each property. As a REALTOR, she brings to her clients a vast knowledge of the entire circle of the real estate industry, from buying and selling to financing and closing.
