He was very knowledgable in all phases of the sale of our home (unit prep, listing, marketing, customer showings ,contract evaluation and negotiation, and settlement). He was totally professional and was always available to respond to any of our questions, or to calm any of our concerns. I've been through this experience 5 times (so far) in my life, and this one was the best.
