Buyer reviewMelanie is very knowledgable in her role and even beyond her role as a realtor. She is beyond kind and was very patient with myself as it was my first time buying a home. She always answered any of my questions no matter what time of day and if she was unable to answer it on the spot she knew who to ask. Gave great advice and helped me land a home quick! Will for sure be in contact again when I am ready to buy another home. Couldnt have asked for a better realtor!

Buyer reviewGlen Redmon was a pleasure to work with. He quickly understood our needs and made appropriate recommendations and referrals. We came to trust him deeply, to the point that we relied on his assessment when making the offer on the condo, since we couldn't be there to view it in person. Glen took videos of the interior and provided useful commentary. He also had really helpful recommendations about renovations and even put us in touch with some contractors with whom he has worked in the past. Finally, the lender who was recommended by Glen was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall it was a painless and even enjoyable experience, way beyond my expectations!

Seller reviewGlen is very good about interior design, he provided a lot of ideas about how to renovate the condo and help me to shop for items those made the condo looks better but won't cost me a fortune. Within 10 months he helped me to sell two properties and bought the existing condo where my wife and me live now. Glen is wonderful, easy to communicate young man. I will refer him to any of my friends or relatives if they need to buy, sell or rent property in northern Virginia.
