Seller reviewI worked with Sarah Chrisp for the sale of my home, and purchase of our new home. We had an INCREDIBLE experience with her. Sarah is timely, intentional, motivated, and persistent which are all great qualities of a real estate agent. Sarah really cares and as we were looking at houses, she'd be honest and tell us how that house may not fit our goals. Sarah's really well knowledged on a lot of important factors of houses when shopping that I feel like most wouldn't know. Including red flags to look for in the foundation and the smallest, most random things in the deteails that I otherwise wouldn't have noticed. Our house sold seamlessly with her persistence and dedication. We were worried about the sale of our house considering it was right on a highway, but we sold within the first 4 weeks of listing which was HUGE. We're so grateful and lucky to have worked with Sarah. She's an absolute powerhouse with a huge heart.

I was nervous my house wouldn't sell quickly but she came up with a staging and marketing plan that had us with 5 offers in 48 hours. From there we negotiated and made it to closing with ease.
