Buyer reviewMichelle's warm, friendly and knowledgeable ways won me over from our first interactions together. My wife and I contacted her upon my cousin's suggestion. We spoke and she heard all the things we wanted in our home AND new neighborhood. She provided excellent suggestions, but at the time we were bound to another realtor. When time had passed and that relationship ended, we contacted Michelle for a home we found (a year later mind you) in one of the neighborhoods we discussed. She was available to help with the purchase. Her experience showed as she helped us decide what to negotiate and what to leave off the table. She also provided recommendations for inspections. Our closing was very uncomplicated because of her efforts. We thoroughly recommend her for purchasing a home.
