Dr. Mohammed Baker was born in Alexandria, Egypt, where he received a D.M.D. degree from the University of Alexandria, Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. For 30 years, Mohammed taught dentistry in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, England, Germany, and Romania, as well as provided a wide variety of dental education and business consulting courses in Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. For the past 27 years, Mohammed resided both in Florida and Virginia, where he has been recognized for his passion for real estate. Mohammed has bought and sold many residential and commercial real estate properties. In addition, he has provided hands-on, build-out construction supervision to include design and infrastructure development plans, while guiding the project to completion on time, on budget, and in compliance with relevant quality standards. Starting with a single residential investment, Mohammed built upon his early successand has gone on to buying and selling multiple properties ranging in value from $100,000 to $1.6 million. Mohammed has undergone specialized training and demonstrated a considerable amount of experience in international business to become a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), The CIPS designation is the only international designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®. During this time, he became adept at valuing properties and working with builders and suppliers in renovation projects. Mohammed has gained a reputation for having a discerning eye for investment properties and his council on the subject is often sought by his peers. Now as a CENTURY 21 Realtor, Mohammad is committed to assisting buyers and sellers in navigating the complexities of real estate deals.
