She answered my phone at any time and reflected on my requirements very quickly, providing all the solutions if she could or finding the solutions for me. She sacrificed her weekends, after hours, to accompany me to visit open houses and schedule the particular visits to the properties that met my criteria. When I am not in town, she pays visits and uses video conferencing to let me see the properties. Besides, she offered pickup and drop-off for me at the airports when I came to find my property. She understood what I wanted, negotiated the price, and provided market information for me to understand the local property market. She shared her knowledge of the local living environment, helped newcomers like me get settled in the local environment, which provided not only professional service but a lot of added services to the clients.
