She is grew up in Kentucky and has been residing in Maryland since 2004 with her husband and two teenagers. Sharon is an active member in the community and enjoys spending time in her community. Buyer reviewI was a first time homebuyer and Sharon was referred to me by a family member who worked with her. She always made herself available to see homes flexible to my schedule. She was VERY responsive and answered every question (either via voice or text). She absolutely KNOWS her stuff (she pointed out flaws I would've never thought of in some homes). Her knowledge and experience played key roles in submitting the right offer for the home I wanted (against several other offers). My offer was selected and I got the home I really wanted. She is a great negotiator and made sure the contract agreement's were carried out, down to the night before closing! I ended up with seller completed repairs and seller help for closing costs! Not only did she help me find a home, she gave me every other piece to this puzzle...from helping me choose a lender to inspection services to the title company. I had no idea where to start and she pretty much handed me every component I needed to complete the process. Sharon is AMAZING to say the very least, she's the only realtor I'd ever use!
