Seller reviewWithout question Kathleen Modolo is the most dedicated and the most helpful realtor that I have dealt with in the 15 real estate transactions in which I have been involved since 1972. She was exceptionally thorough in all aspects of her performance as our seller's agent. She staged our property creatively, gave us excellent advice, coordinated our preparation for sale, connected us with appropriate and and competent contractors, and skillfully helped us negotiate inspection issues. She was exceptionally attentive and communicative throughout the entire sales process. I would enthusiastically recommend Kathleen Modolo to anyone needing a real estate agent. In fact, I have already done so. She's the best.

Seller reviewKathleen was the rockstar of this sale. She pushed the price beyond what all of the brokers had suggested and made a strong case to back it up. Then she went the extra mile to make sure the house looked spectacular, and to make sure everything went through smoothly. She is a gem. Her experience and skill when it comes to home sales is phenomenal. I still can't believe we got the price I wanted AND it was under contract in a few days of being on market.

They kept the search and purchase process moving smoothly and coordinated with the many other parties that were involved, inspection, Title company, seller's brokers etc. We have only positive things to say about our experience with Kathleen and her team and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Fauquier and surrounding counties.
